I'm kind of sad... the wind is howling here so I can't go on a bike ride. Well, I could, but then I wouldn't enjoy the ride, which I've decided is worse than hurting myself. I used to force myself to exercise and took all the joy out of it, and stopped. I won't do that with biking.
