Lalala... didn't go on a bike ride yesterday, but I will today. If I don't have a lot of time, I'll just do sprints. I need to get on my bike more (and get a better seat!)
Note: I did ride today - 20 miles over 1 hr 20 minutes. I need to eat 260 calories (going by 50 calories for every 15 minutes) or 320 if I get hungry again.
Breakfast - smoothie - 280 calories
Lunch - orange tofu - 400 calories
snack - 1/2 cliff bar - 120
dinner - tortellini - 450 calories
