Well, even if I didn't do a journal entry yesterday I still adhered to the calorie count. I craved a lot yesterday, though I realize it was from pigging out the last couple of days. If I don't eat anything bad at the silly game thing tonight, I should be craving free by Monday.
I went on a very short bike ride today to clear my mind after working on Excel for 4 hours. I get 117 extra calories.
Today's menu:
breakfast - smoothie - 300 calories
brunch - eggs - 140 calories
lunch - apple and peanut butter - 250 calories
dinner - tortellini - 450 calories
Extra - 377 calories
