For my current Oringinal Avatar Arena Entry: Vela Riddle

She has a whole background story, that unfortunately I can't fit into the 500 characters limit. But her patronus is the Phoenix. A quick over view: I created her a long time ago, before I had read the books, but did watch the movies. She is the daughter of Tom Riddle. He was not young when he conceived her. He did use a sort of love spell, or charm to make Vela's mother fall in love with Tom (Voldemort). Her mother is a whole other story, and is unfortunately dead by murder of the Death Eaters (more specifically killed by Lucius Malfoy).
She went on after that living at a few homes. The first is with Minerva McGonagal for a few years, then with the Weasley's up till time of Hogwarts entry. During her school years, she spent the summers living at the Black Manor with Sirius Black.
She only had 2 and a half years at Hogwarts before things became violent and due to suspicious activity, the Ministry blamed Vela, and ordered her banished from the Wizarding world. Albus Dumbledore sent her the America in hopes that she'll be able to live a normal life without fear. Well it didn't last long......

There is a ton more backstory to Vela, to her Mother, and so much more.... I don't want to give it away until I finish my fanfic. Which could take a very long time.....
