Powers: Sin has the power to control the Strong and Weak interactions of the universe. The Weak interaction allows him to make things slowly corrode and give off radiation. This is due to the exchange of heavy W and Z bosons between atoms. Everything in the universe decays, therefore everything has some kind of radioactivity. Sin just speeds up the decay. Eventually, he'll be able too change the charges on the particles, creating completely different elements and even antimatter. The Strong interaction allows him to control the nucleus of atoms, giving him a telekinetic type of ability.It's kind of like he's pushing all your atoms at once. On a large scale, the Strong force is what holds the Neutrons and Protons together in the nucleus. On a smaller scale, it binds the up and down quarks that make Neutrons, Protons and Electrons. Sometime in the distant future, he can undo the bonds that hold your atoms together, causing you to become molecular dust. As of right now, he can only use his telekinesis to move objects up to 68 kilograms. (About 150 pounds.)
Weaknesses: Sin can't use both powers at the same time yet. The strain would be too much for his young body and he would tear himself apart. Using his powers too much puts a physical strain on his body and he has passed out on several occasions. His powers, which basically screw with the laws of the universe, require immense concentration. If he's distracted in any way, bad s**t happens. Sin doesn't like the sight of blood. This often impedes his ability to fight and more often than not, stops him from engaging in the fight to begin with. Sin is has a massive caffeine addiction though will never admit it. If he doesn't get his fix every couple of hours, he gets a massive headache, thus rendering him combat useless. Due to a premature activation in his powers, his control is random and hurts him much more than usual.
Weapons: While the sword you see in the picture is mostly for show, he has used it on occasion. His grandfather gave it to him, calling it a good luck charm. While the sword is indeed combat ready, Sin almost never uses it, as he is very squeamish when it comes to blood.
Personality: Despite the hardships in his life, he as managed to keep an upbeat and optimistic personality. He laughs a lot and almost always has a smile on his face. He his quick to act and very rash, but won't hesitate to protect someone in need. This is mostly due to his grandfathers teaching, which was to be honorable at all times and to never give up and never give in. Sin asks a lot of questions like "Why?". Many people have also asked him questions like "Why did you help me?" or "Why did you do that?", the response being almost always, "Because I'm that kind of person." He doesn't understand the finer points of the human psyche and never understood why people did evil things. His childlike attitude and upbeat demeanor draw people to him in way's they can't explain. Sin is distracted very easily and will often mishear what people say. Sin talks to a voice in his head that he refers to as "Mother."
History: Unlike most characters in every other RP, Sin led a happy life with his parents. Both parents loved him greatly and spent quite a lot of time with when the opportunity presented itself. His parents, Jayden and Elayne Eitrioch, were filthy rich doctors who were excellent in their fields. Jayden was a renowned Hematologist while Elayne specialized in Pediatrics, so she was great with kids. They both worked at Megalopolis General and where well known throughout the city. While they spent almost all there free time with Sin, there jobs made it so he was often alone with only the Butler, James, the Maid, Farris, and when the opportunity presented itself, his Grandfather, Zack. Zack is interesting in the fact that he is a Mafia boss. Yes, Mafia. Or to be more specific, ex-mafia. After his wife gave birth to Elayne he gave up the business so his family wouldn't be targets for people that didn't like him. He dropped off the grid several weeks after Elayne was born. He has several underground connections and is more then willing to help Sin his he gets into any trouble. He dotes on Sin quite a lot almost always giving him what he wants, even giving him several untraceable credit cards to various bank accounts that he owns.
Like all young children, Sin did go to school and grow up into a...semi-respectable member of society. During his childhood, he never had any friends, not a single one. They were all incredibly jealous because of his parents money and they would always pick on him, and even beat him up a few times. He never let this get him down though. He would just stand back up and smile. Unfortunately, not having any friends made him into what some would call "socially retarded". He often says or does things that most people would frown at, because he doesn't know any better. Sin also doesn't realize when someone is coming onto him or when people make jokes at his expense. He was an average student only because school was boring and he was a very hyperactive child. ADHD may or may not have played a factor in this.
His life turned for the worse shortly after his 16th birthday. While driving to the AMA, (American Medical Association) they lost their lives in a car crash. A few other people lost their lives as well. It was some random Phreak that got pissed off. Since then, Sin has lived with his grandfather in an incredibly large estate a few miles outside of Megalopolis. This is around the time when he started hearing the voice. It wasn't a bad voice, in fact, it was very nurturing and motherly. It would ask him how his day was and if he was eating well. It also tells him the she loves him. The voice is distinctly feminine and Sin believes that this is his mother. He has at times, held long conversations with this voice. Zack happened to walk in on one of these conversations, and became extremely worried when Sin said he was talking to his mother. He took him to a psychiatrist, who diagnosed him with a small case of schizophrenia. He said that hearing loved ones voices after they had passed was perfectly normal and that is should fade with time. He lived a quite life with his grandfather until his powers awakened. One of his grandfathers many enemies tried to assassinate Zack at the estate. The assassin underestimated Zack and a shoot and run battle occurred. The commotion woke up Sin and forced him to hide from stray bullets. In a dark corner he watched his grandfather get shot in the leg and fall to the floor, the assassin standing over him grinning triumphantly. Sin, not wanting to relive the horror of losing another person he loved activated his powers for the first time and defended Zack. Filled with hatred and rage, he telekenetically grabbed an ornamental sword and plunged it into the assassins' neck before the strain of his powers caused him to lose consciousness. He awoke days later in a private hospital, his grandfather asleep next to his bed.
After the incident with the assassin, Zack believed it was time for Sin to broaden his horizons, and see the world and it's people. He gave Sin several black credit cards, and the sword he carries now. Zack called it a good luck charm and told Sin to always carry it with him. Shortly after, Sin set off to see the world. And see it he did; Paris, London, Washington D.C. and even a small tribe in Africa. Sin also tried to master his powers, but realized that due to his premature activation his control was sporadic and often caused more harm than good. Sin is currently in Megalopolis, volunteering at an orphanage because his likes children.
Despite having both parents be doctors, Sin never to an interest in any medical field whatsoever. Instead he took an interest in mechanics and, to the great surprise to Zack, quantum chromodynamics. (Though this wasn't until after he discovered his powers.) Again, ADHD may or my not have played a part in the mechanics thing. He just likes to use his hands. He can fix almost anything mechanical, and is often seen with some kind of oil or other sludge like substance on his body. He owns a white Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10. And is often seen under it, trying to fix something he broke. (He likes to go off road a lot.)
Other: Sin's favorite place in the world is his grandfather's mansion. He is also fluent in Latin and has excellent parkour skills. He's straight...ish...for the most part. He also plays the Ocarina quite well. Sin is addicted to caffeine, and is always seen with a cup of coffee. Nobody yet has figured out where the coffee comes from.
