There's only a few I've found that I truly enjoy, but hopefully as I find more this list will grow.
I found Emergency Exit via an artist on Deviantart. It starts out pretty simple, but it gets really interesting as it goes on. Great character development.I think it crosses over with some (or at least one) other web comic(s). One of its crossovers is called Parallel Dementia, which I haven't had the chance to really check out yet.
Pretty much anything by deviant-artist ShaloneSK is awesome. I simply adore her Spyro comics. I laugh. I cry. Her comics take place after the Legend of Spyro trilogy. She doesn't want just random distribution of her work though, so no cool pics, only links here:

Each "chapter" or "segment" is continuous. "Spyro's Back" is just a short, fun 3 pager. The reall stuff starts at "A New", so be sure to read them in order.
Another deviant artist who is writing a Spyro comic is WolfofSorrow. She's taking her comic in a very different direction, the story taking place in the time of the Legend of Spyro series, but before Spyro's birth...err...hatching. She started not too long ago, so the story is still in the beginning stages. Linky:
