Abillities:
Fast reflexes and extreme strenght as well as high running speed. Can sense Nekos and Vampires.
Magic powers:
Fire. He can use fire and control it. He often refuses using it for unknown reasons, and often doesn't tell anyone he even has the power. He also wont say why he hates his power so much. He can also manupilate ice, which he uses more often, but perfers to avoid using and doesnt tell most he even has the power, not even using it when faced with death.
One abillity he has, and is normally not affraid to use, is compulsion. He can make eye contact with someone and bend them to his will. He normally only does it if he cant get caught. When he uses it, he can either give his victim a fake memory of his choosing, or, completely erase the memory of his victim.
Weapon of choice:
Himself. He is a walking weapon, born to fight. His body is sturdy and almost indistructable, and he's been trained roughly. Daggers are trendy too, but he rarely uses them and often charms them with fire magic when he does. But since he rarely uses fire magic, he rarely uses daggers either.

Biography:
To strangers, he just pretty much showed up. He doesn't talk to anyone unless theres something he wants, and he normally has plenty of insults and taunts.
To Tara, he is a runaway prince that didn't like the life he was doomed to live in. He didn't want to become king and have to be the way his father wanted, and he wanted to choose his own life rather than have his marriage arranged by his father. His brother wanted the woman he was supposed to marry, so he helped Kyou run away. His father's men are still searching for him, and probably will never stop untill either his father dies and Kyou's brother takes the throne, or they find him. And he hopes for the first one.

He is really a gentleman, and even though he knows Tara can protect herself, he still looks out for her. He isn't affraid to hurt anyone who tries to hurt her, even if it costs him his life. Without Tara, he feels his life has no meaning, and is very close to her, even though they didn't really get along in the beginning.

He has vampire reflexes. He is extremely fast and strong, with about average vampire speed but much stronger than most vampires.
Magic powers:
He can harness the power of Ice and Fire. He perfers using Ice over Fire, but rarely uses his magic because he gets his powers from the royal Dragsmere blood inside him, something he despises. He can freeze water in a cup from across a room, or can cause it to snow in the middle of the summer. He can melt steel, or light a fireplace to roast marshmallows.

Himself. He is a living weapon. He has a dagger that looks as if its made of ice that he uses as well, if he chooses to use it.
