the connection of eyes
He struts by,
obllivious to his surroundings,
oblivious to my eyes that seek him constantly,
then he looks at me ,
watching as i laugh for a moment,
our eyes meet as i notice him watching,
i try to depart my eyes from his,
even though i never want to look away from those,
beautiful works of art that he calls his,
blue eyes
