So, I ate to much yesterday.... My excuse was to gain back a bit of the weight I've lost. I figure it's not the end of the world since I did work out. Well, not like it's the end of the world anyways. I'm not trying to lose weight.
I'm going to start cutting my baking recipes in half, though. I realized that one of the reasons I want so many sweets at night is to eat them up so that I can bake something else. Silly, I know, but we all know I'm weird.
