This week at school,we had a slam poet come in and teach us about poetry.He was really cool and funny,so I feel kinda bad for not remembering his name. sweatdrop At the end of all this,we were going to have a big 7th and 8th grade poetry contest. I decided to compete in the preliminaries, but I got really nervous and messed up. I'm not too good in front of people. I'm glad that I made it as an alternate, though. The poetry contest had alot of great poets.It was really fun.
I read my poems to my friend over the phone and he said to enter them on an internet contest because they are really good. I'm going to try the gaia arenas, but I doubt they are as good as he says. One is about Enma Ai, so I might get anime fan votes. whee
