113.8 today. I may weigh myself tomorrow to see if I dropped any more water weight. If I see 112 anywhere in the measurement for two consecutive weighings, I will add 10 calories to hard bike riding for every 15 minutes. Not for all exercise... I think that 200 calories for an hour of walking is just fine.
Doing an endurance ride today. The nice thing about it is that even if I am sore, I can still do it - I just tone it down a bit!
Edit: someone vandalized the weight room so I can't use it today. It's not warm enough to ride so looks like today is a rest day.
