I'm feeling pretty damn lethargic today. I ate what i was supposed to yesterday, which is good. I also did a recovery exercise cuz my legs were very sore. I suppose I should have pressed on, but I didn't want to. I need to do endurance today.
I stayed on the bike for as long as I could, but it is so hard to exercise without going crazy sometimes. I did 45 minutes. Something is better than nothing, though! Unless you over-work yourself.
