Yea.. sorry about not finishing my stories XD I'll try to finish this one..
The young blonde stopped outside of old black crystal ruins. They were chipped with age, wasting away on the very spot they stood. The boy looked up at them. He knew they were a place of great magic and great importance in the country of Celes. He drew his staff from his side. It was tall and golden, with the blue stone that the boy's very name was taken from. Fai D. Fluorite. He sighed and moved his staff -too tall for him. He pointed it at the ruins and felt the magic around him. He closed his eyes and focused. He was still only an apprentice wizard. He didn't yet have the power to create his own magic. He needed to be in an area of great concentrated magic to borrow the energy from the air.
The fragile boy held out one of his hands and felt the magic flow through him. He concentrated hard on the air around him. For a quiet moment, the snowfall ceased and Fai stood there, in a blank white space. He wasn't aware of his surroundings any longer.
Somewhere off in the distance, a girl cried. She ran through the snow, her purple boots sinking in and tripping her up. She tumbled through, streams of uncontrollable emotion streaming from her face. She glanced behind her to see if she was being followed. She didn't have time to notice the kid in front of her.
