The things that the walls see, if they could speak what would they say?
Would they walk up to you and say "Good day."
Or would they be suprised and bring out a note pad.
Filled with memories that you might not have.
A tip of the hat as it spoke clearly.
"Oh my goodness what I have seen.. nearly.."
I've seen your tears, the laughs, the music.
You often play, oh yes I've heard it.
You sleep so soundly and then you cry.
You feel alone yes.. I know why.
You think no one cares that you are alone.
That no one listens, memories flow.
Your mind races, crashes, blows.
Till nothings left your mind finally slows.
I've seen your happiness it glowed in your eyes.
A long time back, before it dies.
I may be a wall but, what I've seen.
I wish I could show you, borrow a screen.
Would you notice yourself? run from the sound.
Run so fast so you'll never be found.
