[Ref Sheet] Tippy and Tidus[x][x][x] [X] Whoops Tippy with a growlithe gijinka

One thing that should be noted, Tippy is a vegetarian.
Tippy came from a normal Joe background,only Child to her mother and father. They were middle class in financial wise, and Tippy's parents weren't what you call breeders. Though they showed 'dog' pokemon in contests and other things of that like. The only pokemon they really bred was Tippy's Growlithe, between their two Arcanines.
When Tippy was about four, she was playing with her parents Arcanine's and decided to ride one of them unsupervised which wasn't uncommon for Tippy to do. She was an adventurous young thing. But, Tippy decided she didn't want to wait for the Arcanine to stop and hopped off it while it was in the middle of a dash.
Hitting her head hard on the ground, Tippy lost her eyesight, sort of. She isn't completely blind, Tippy can see blurry shapes and bright colors but that is it. Even though she had this handicap, it didn't stop her for being a kid and adventuring around her home town of Cherrygrove City.
Tippy is ALWAYS seen with her Growlithe, Tidus, as he is her seeing eye dog. He has a harness that comes off with one push of a button so there is no hassle when he duels.
After Turning fifteen, Tippy went and received a Totodile from professer Elm and started her Journey. Before she got to far [not even leaving Cherrygrove] an elder couple that was friends with Tippy's grandfather gave her a Vulpix. Saying she needed protection since her pokemon where at such low levels. [At the time Tidus was only lvl 8 and her totodile was lvl 5] But because the Vulpix was is at a high lvl [lvl 20] it kind of refuses to obey Tippy.
