Personality: Rue is a outspoken person who will run up and hug you even if he does not know you. He seems to know everyone, and he overlooks the looks he gets when he goes out into public. If he knows your down in the dumps he will go out of his way to make you laugh and feel better.
Biography: Rue was disowned by his parents when he was 18. Now he goes without a last name and loves it. His ex parents where rich, and hated the fact that Rue was a Transvestive more then anything, waiting till he was 18 before the kicked him out and told him never to come back. This did not bother Rue that much, he had never really had a strong relationship with his parents and had a house outside of the one they lived in before they kicked him out. Now he works in a art studio while taking art classes at a local college. He loves to be out in the world. Rue is often mistaken as a women but this does not bother him, though it bothers lots of other people!

On his wrists he wears silver, purple and black bangles that jangle when he walks. Around his neck is a light purple scarf that drapes over his shoulder while running down his back. On his head he either wears a black or silver head band with his hair held back in a ponytail. In his left ear is earring that hangs low on a silver chain almost hitting his shoulder. At the bottom is a purple and black butterfly. His eyes are dusted with purple and white eye shadow, and his eyes lined in black. His nails are pained black with purple and silver swirls in them.
