I didn't write yesterday... it wasn't because of 'Happy Turkey day' though... although I hope yours went well...
It was down to head pain, arm pain and in a way; kinda bad day ness x.x
Mom and dad spent the day busy this way and that... and with no other nearby relatives handy to help out... I sat myself yesterday with a TV and a tub of strawberry ice cream x.x
Lol... they left microwave turkey; but I didn't think it felt very thanksgiving x_^;
I guess like everyone; I had to think of something to be thankful though :3
So; I thought and thought... and I guess I'm thankful we're still a family ^_^ We seem to have been through so much in America; ever since we came from ye olde country...
I still remember Scotland... and thinking about this reminds me of my first memories of America ^_^
We never celebrated Thanksgiving our first year; I guess I was too young to realise the impact of that; I mean; it was just everything so much bigger; I mean YEAH we live in the middle of nowhere; just like back in Scotland lol... but STILL!! It was just something about America... land of the free... BOY those George Bush-free days seem like a dream...
Anywhoo... I remember our SECOND year in America; to fit in; we decided to join in with Thanksgiving ^_^
And it was something out of that movie Christmas with the Kranks XD Just a PLAIN disaster; forget volcanoes, earthquakes or ice ages... our house was nothing SHORT of the greatest disaster ever to befall the earth...
Lemme put it this way lol... You know the stuffing for the turkey? They sometimes put it in a lil plastic bag and stuff it in the turkey for you to use later when you buy it? :3
Mom cooked it without remembering the BAG was still in it XD
GOD lol... You have NO idea how happy we were to find a pizza place open on Thanksgiving XD
Meh; well that cheers me up a bit remembering ^_^
Also yesterday... NEW DONATION ITEMS!! :3 What do YOU think lol? I'm unhappy we girls can't use the pose the boys can for the ice gauntlet sword thing pointing straight forward; but meh ;3 We look cuter in the BTK...

Today however, rocked slightly better :3 My head's gone up and down worse than a thermostat in Alaska (I am SO off with my metaphors today...) but just now seems kinda fine...
I slipped 5 bucks to some old friends at the movie theater; and in exchange; they smuggled a banner out of the trash... you know how your theater advertises movies by hanging BIG giant banners from the ceiling of coming movies? :3
Well... I have now got in my possession a GIANT banner of Syndrome of the Incredibles!!! X3 W00T!!!! Mine, all mine!!! Everyone loves a good baddy ^_^
