For a long while people have been asking me about my beautiful servant, Delia. Since I am in a good mood today I will share her tradgic story.
It happened a sum of 200 years ago. Delia at the time was a young beauty of her town. The town was small and barely breathing but it made due. Enriched by an ancient Chinese culture, it created a certain exotic look to the villagers. One day a rich and powerful prince of the land strolled into town after a long day at battle. He was worn and needed aid. Delia had been helping her mother who was a nurse and aided the young prince. The second he looked into her eyes he knew he had to have her. She was like a trophy. The following week when he regained his health, he asked her for her hand. She was not in anyway loving to him; he was just another man in her eyes. Her mother protested her daughters doubt and wanted in for the new family name. Delia later then accepted his proposal and left the next day to the Rustian City, heart of the land of Galifray. This is Delia as she tended the Prince
They soonly got married and it had been the biggest celebration in the land since the civil war had ended a few decades back. Delia was not much excited to be married to the Prince. She had not even known his name, which was an unknown secret. She hated the dark, ruby, cold look in his eyes. Her mother who had moved into the palace with her would buzz from room to room of her new fame and fortune. The downfall began for the poor Delia. She spent most of her time in the palace library or at masquerades. The Prince insisted on showing for the public eye that Delia was a trophy and nothing more. They never kissed or showed one act of kindness to each other. In fact, they had slept on opposite ends of the palace. Nobody really understood why they had married but it was stimulating the population that grew in the palace. To live there was an honor. To go to a ball under the Prince and his wife was another. The Prince Delia as the wife
The soon-to-be Queen and King of Galifray we're under a constant dispute only a month after the marriage. He was always with a under classed teenager. She began to loose her youth. Finally the crowning ceremony had taken place. The King and Queen had handed over their crowns to the unhappy couple. The fresh King had left for a 2 month battle right after the crowning. She had grown quite lonely and had found that being in another mans arms filled the loneliness. But what she had not known was that the Prince had affection for the Queen Delia but did not know how to express his feelings. And when she'd get frustrated with him he would figure that she needed space. When he had come back from a long battle he found her nested up in the Kings noble childhood friend, Klaer. He grew quite furious and the tension from the war still pulsed through his veins. He took his mighty silver sword and plunged it into her withered heart. Shortly after he had Klaer thrown into prison and his punishment was hard labor for life. The King had covered up the messy situation by saying Klaer had killed her in an act of jealousy of the King and that he was demented. The King shortly died afterwards. Nobody never really knew what killed him. He was found in his royal chambers lifeless.
It was after the Queens’s death that I had found her and felt pity that she'd go to waste. I scourged the Earth back and fourth for a flower of Lyfi. When I had found it, I had it placed in the cold pale white hands of Delia. The transformation began. Now let me explain before I go on. The flower of Lyfi isn't much of a life regaining flower. The sole purpose of the flower is to bring the body back to its normal functions and have the brain in tact as well. After the transformation, they can still talk and move but they cannot sleep or really think for them selves. And their skin turns to a bright snowy white color, making the skin seam flawless. You have to put makeup on them to make it seam like they have humanistic features. Consider them like zombies with out the missing body parts, cannibalism and rotting body but just a bit modified. So the transformation took place and there she was alive. I asked her in return of her "life" back that she could be my servant around my mansion She accepted my offer. Now, you're probably thinking how cruel I am to just have her as my servant. Give me just a few more minutes to explain. She tends my store up in the Marketplace and my home whenever I am out. Then when I come back we spend time together and I give her whatever she wants. I hope to make her happy but I can never really tell.
I believe over the years she has been able to form think waves. She has expressed some emotions and has been logging anything that comes to her mind in a diary. I don't read it but I see her constantly writing. Her new life span will last her another 50 years before her animated body stops. She tells me everyday that she is glad to be alive.
