The ten minute older twin brother of Keiiri Shion, Darius has grown up estranged from his younger brother both of them only meeting briefly at five years of age. Darius currently lived in America up until a few months ago. He has come to gaia in order to find his younger brother as stipulated in his parents will.
Darius was raised in a different household than his younger brother and as such had the attention of both his mother and father most of his life. When he was not with his parents he was raised by a staff of loyal butlers and maids. He at a very young age had shown a very high level of intelligence and as such managed to breeze through most of if not all his school courses.
In his early years he had been groomed to take his father's place as the head of their company in the event of his death. His childhood was not normal but not as bad as his younger brother. He was a rather well adjusted child in school and was rarely called to the offices for meetings. Through both high school and middle school he participated in many school activities such as council as well as the debate team.
He enjoyed a brief relationship with an elven girl for most of his college years only breaking it off when they parted ways during graduation, she returning home to her lands and he to his father's business.
With their deaths he now runs the company by phone as he searches the streets of gaia looking for his more troubled brother. He hopes to find the man before he does something he will regret and ruin his life anymore than he already has. As well as actually meet the man and learn more about him. Darius wishes to know more about his brother other than what his parents had told him or what he heard from staff.
Darius is the more stronger of the two and heavier, however Keiiri is the taller of the two by an inch. He is a chain smoker, going through nearly a pack and a half a day. Darius also dabbles in the magics that can be found in gaia, and as such can be far more dangerous than his brother.
