With so many "bots" around I guess I don't need to explain what sort of character this TurtleBot is. Simply, it's a bot. But it's me, so it's Turtle smile It is created mostly to gather attention for this entry and you might be disappointed in the end (which means you were expecting something totally different wink ) but later we can talk about that too.

And now, TurtleBot asks you: What is color?

Light at different wavelengths come to your eyes from everything around you and you see them by perceiving the different wavelengths as different colors. Good explanation? Maybe.

For TurtleBot, assuming that her vision technology is at today's technology level, how she perceives the light and interprets it would only be 3 or 4 integers (Red: 100, Green: 24, Blue: 211) A bunch of data, mere 3 integers, for every pixel she sees.

But you are different. You do it in a much more beautiful way. TurtleBot doesn't have the slightest chance to understand what's "red" as you see it. She would give her all just to see a photo in full "color" as you do all the time. Yet, you never think "what is it that you see"

Humans are... strange.
