Tanaki watched his attack unleash into a spray of blue lightning chakra. But, it did not last well. The little menace had faked the whole thing. A black cloud obscured his vision and effectilvely made a blinding tactic. Tanaki cursed to himself as finally regained his vision after the mist cleared. Almost instantly, Kage did his nasty habit of appearing in a blind spot. Without thinking, Tanaki flapped his wings to get some distance between him and the little shadow puppeteer. In the process, he saw a torrent of shadows pouring out of the sheath Kage weilded. "Damn... how fast is he?". The shadows were pretty quick... Having some expirence against the dreaded shadows, Tanaki decided to expirement a tactic that may fail or succeed. While flapping his wings still, Tanaki slid out one of his three bombs and a lightning tag. In the moonlight, Tanaki had somewhat decent night vision, but the night was still young...so was the fight. Sticking the tag onto the bomb, Tanaki tossed it into the torrent of shadows as he finally touched the ground. Doing a hand seal, the tag glowed and erupted into a flash of lightning as the bomb exploded at the same time. It sent a wave of Tanaki's lightning and flammable oil into the torrent of shadows; creating a flashy display of blue lightning and orange flames spewing out into the mass of shadows. Tanaki smiled and flung his knife through the mess just after it exploded to make it head towards Kage's general direction. How is this b*****d avoided my attacks so easily..?
