=====So it's modern times, and like in most stories like this the human populace live in general ignorance of the face that the monsters in their horror movies are real. Specifically, vampires and werewolves are creepin' about in the night, more often then not fighting one another for dominance of any one area. However, since it's advantageous for both vampires and werewolves to keep their existence a secret they have avoided breaking into outright war.
=====Amidst this climate are our two female characters, one human, one werewolf, that are extremely close friends, almost like family... to the point where the werewolf girl sees the human girl as part of her pack and ends up being super protective of her. The human girl could know/not know she's a werewolf (not know might make this situation funnier, but knowing might give her more of an advantage against the vampires) and could be as annoyed/amused as seen fit by it. They're living their lives as 'normal' until they get word of a large party being put on by the corporation the human girl's father works for; their attendance has been deemed necessary and possibly advantageous for the father's career.
=====The corporation is, of course, actually owned/operated/a cover for an extremely powerful vampire coven, one that employs a great number of humans to help maintain their ruse. Forgive me for mucking with vampire mythology a bit, but the party has been set it up for a very specific reason outside of normal business/feeding. Once a millennium or some other huge block of time vampires enter a period of time where they can't just feed on whoever they want; they have to find and feed on a specific strain of human. What differentiates these humans from others can be genetic, blood type... whatever makes sense. If the vampires don't feed on this specific type of human they'll die/loose their abilities or something equally unpleasant. So this party is actually a way for the vampire coven to interact with and successfully chose the proper humans so they can keep on doin' what it is they do. The thing is, once this human is found they can't just be dragged off into an alley and drained to fix the problem; the vampire has to go to extraordinary means to make the chosen human knowingly and willingly consent to their blood to be taken. Which makes this difficult, since this special kind of human isn't nearly as prone to getting tricked by the vampire's willy ways as normal people.
=====Now, of all of the vampires in this particular coven, there is one that is extremely important... royalty, or bloodline importance, or something like that... something that makes it necessary to the vampire community in general that he find his human and live on without changing. While at this party or at some other point before he happens across our human female of the story and bam! Finds that she's the exact thing he needs to keep on groovin'. This is, of course, a severe problem for the werewolf best friend, who can tell what the vampire is and has a deep, impulsive fear of her friend becoming the vampire's lunch. So when the vampire does step in to try and make a good first impression, the werewolf best friend gets in the way and make a general nuisance of herself. I see her as not understanding the condition the vampires are in/the situation, just of a general opinion that she doesn't want one of her 'pack' getting eaten.
=====And this is where our second vampire comes in. He's related in some close way to the previous vampire... maybe his guard/second in command or whatever their roles calls for, someone who's used to stepping in and taking care of business when the time calls for it. He's interested in finding a human to feed off of, but he hasn't had much time for consideration what with looking after vampire 1. So when werewolf girl starts making trouble, he has to step in to deal with her. Which, naturally, has to be done without alerting the human populace to their true identities.
=====So they get paired off with Vampire 1 doing his best to woo the human girl to get her consent before he can get the blood he needs and the human girl suspicious/resisting either because 1) she knows what he's up to (therefore knowing he's a vampire), 2) because her friend's concerns have shaken her up and left her uneasy, 3) because she already has a boyfriend... something like that. One/all of which would be severely shaken up when she starts to fall for him, and gradually he for her. The werewolf girl is, of course, in a panic that her friend's going to get eaten and spends her time constantly clashing with Vampire 2, who is running interference. Due to all the time they inevitably end up spending together, the werewolf girl starts to grudgingly respect Vampire 2 which will eventually turn to love, which is taboo for her kind as far as vampires are concerned. She would also feel devoted to keep fighting for her friend, even as her feelings for Vampire 2 change. As for Vampire 2, he starts to focus on his clashes with the werewolf girl as challenges he begins to look forward to, and several interesting things could happen... he could realize that the human he needs to drink from it the same human girl that Vampire 1 is after, therefore having to make the choice to betray his friend/boss/whatever and hurt the werewolf girl by hurting her friend, or die/loose his powers/whatever... or... something else.

This is a succubus love story.. A succubus actually falls inlove with a man who only wanted sex...

Plot 3: Mermaid/Captain's Son & Princess/Merman
Alright, so in my mind the mer characters could be related in some way... siblings, or lovers, or best friends, or... something. Whatever works. They're in the ocean, being happy merpeople, when a human ship under employ of a local monarchy comes along. The ship holds a crew of merpeople hunters of some sort under contract to bring merpeople back to the mainland, and they capture the merman and haul him on board. For an extra dose of drama, they could have been after the mermaid and the merman pushed her out of danger... something like that. Anyway, the merman's trapped on the ship, and the mermaid vows to chase the ship down and help him escape capture. Now, back on the mainland, the Princess is the one behind the merpeople hunt (in some sort of effort to conquer the seas or something), and when the ship with the Merman docks, the Princess is the one that purchases the Merman. The mermaid, who has been tirelessly following after the ship, comes up with a plot: she has some sort of magic powers, and, mistaking the son as the captain of the ship that she's been following and uses her powers to essentially blackmail him into helping her get her brother/lover back.

Alright, I don't have a solid plot yet... but I'd just love to be in an rp like this. ^_^; Maybe Monster-esque magical girls? Like built around supernatural creatures or something, or fairy tale magical girls? Magical girl Red Riding Hood, and such?

Plot 5: 'Tarzan'/Space People
Humans have taken to space travel, since it's cool and there are more economic opportunities in space. Earth has been abandoned for nearby satelites, and has grown wild; humans do not walk the earth anymore. That is, until the day a very important satellite/something crashes on the watery planet, and a small recovery team is sent to, well, recover it. To their surprise, they find a young man living among the hyper-evolved animals, and a young woman is tasked with civalizing him enough to not only discover how he came to be there, but on making him tell them when the satellite is.

Plot 6: Sandman/Human Girl & Tooth Fairy/Boy
This would revolve around the Girl trying to capture the Sandman and capturing the Tooth Fairy instead. The Tooth Fairy is in love with the Sandman and swears up and down that he will come to her rescue; the Girl is intrigued and determined to keep the Tooth Fairy as hostage until her hero shows up. The Girl’s best friend, Boy, flips his lid when he realizes what Girl has done and becomes an advocate for the Tooth Fairy’s release. Girl does not comply; there is conflict. The Sandman has also taken to haunting Girl, less to petition for the Tooth Fairy's release and more to punish her for being to gullible as to try and catch him.
