Last night I got a new pair of tennis shoes for running, and last night while I was trying to get one of these shoes on, one of my acrylics snapped off and took the rest of the nail past the nailbed with it. Knowing the OCD person I am, I couldnt just deal with having one looking different from the others, no matter how "fashionable" it is. I ended up *cough*ruining*cough* I mean removing the rest of them. My Mom woke me up from what could probably be the best dream of my life to tell me that she had planned to get me a manicure. But what's the point of having 9 long nails and one nail that isn't even past the nail bed? And having to pay for it? No ******** thanks. So now my nails are back to day 1 and I'm pretty pissed with my Mom. I really wanted to finish that dream. Not to mention now it's awkward for me to type.
