She knows how to take apart an engine, clean it, and put it back together. Although it was forced, it became a hobby for her. She is currently working on a piece of crap car that she saved from the junkyard.
Her goal is to clean it up and make it a spy car. She's determined, so it will happen.
Her mother was a computer tech and made all the gadgets she ever had. After her parents passed, she joined the Air Force. She has knowledge of some guns, but mostly cars, planes and jets. She's still enrolled and has to go on leave sometimes. Recently, her post has been moved here and she got a job in STA. Scarlett is very talented. In Cuba (and New York) she was a street racer and has a good reputation for it.
Other than that, she's very sweet, quiet, and loves her family and friends. She's sweet but can be vicious. Guys know she can fight from just looking at her. She has a female boxer's body. She also has firey red hair and very light light brown eyes that sometimes change to a hazel color. Also speaks fluent English and Spanish.
