You notice a shooting star and follow it as it heads towards a nearby park. You watch in surprise as it heads straight towards a person. Before you can sound a warning, the stranger lifts his hand and catches the star with ease. Bewildered, you land near him.
Now that you are close, you notice that he looks like he could be made of starlight. He turns to you and smiles warmly. You get the feeling that you have met him before, but cannot place where.
As he walks up to you, his grey eyes hold a hint of amusement. &Are those birds singing late into the night again?& his rich voice asks. You are about to ask how he knows you have birds, but he gently kisses your cheek. Your mind flies back to Christmas when you were visited in the night.
He pulls away and you realize he has left something in your hand. Looking down for a moment, you find he has given you a gift. You look up to speak to him but, again, all you find is stardust.
