The Golden Path
You come to a fork in the rode before you. Witch one is right and which one is wrong? One is a sparkly golden path. What marveles things can lay there. The other path is crumbly, dusty, and dull, but there is something about it that makes you go forth. You take the golden path instead and instantly come into a wonderful land. Your famous, your rich, the crowds screaming your name, what more could you want? Your so caught up in your amazing adventure that you don't even notice your family or friends. They feel sad and betrayed by your ways. Years go by in your famous land but you start to grow tired of it all. You've grown up from that silly little dream but now you have nothing at all. Your friends abandoned you for your new rude nature and your family don't want you any more. What's left? Nothing nothing at all. You go back to the golden path and walk back to the fork in the rode but you come to a great brick wall. You cannot go back. A few days past and you get a letter. It's from..... you! The you that went down the other path. 'Life is great!' the letter reads, 'i have friends a family and a wonderfull house! I have a job, a car, and a wonderful spouse. What more could I want? I don't want nothing more I just wished you didn't judge a book by it's cover. Such a shame but now you can not come back. I hope to hear from you again to tell me your tail of you and the golden path.'
