WHY I LOCK MYSELF IN MY ROOM☇
Just how is a fairy born? I'm sure, you've herd many tales, and rhymes telling you that they are born when a child utters their first laugh. But that is not the case, fairies can be born at any time a child accomplished something for the first time, weather it be crying, smiling, laughing, and ect. Basically, they are born whenever they see fit to join this world, like any other creature. Well our little fairy was a lucky sort, born to the queen and king of fairies. Deep within the kingdom of Laelie, cut off from the rest of the world, wrapped in the treas and flowers of a deep and magic forest. She was born on a crystalline clear night, when only the moon shined, when the flower that once wrapped her blossomed, it appeared that her pale skin and white hair soaked up the soft blue color of the moon above. Yes, surly this was a good omen, this little princess was meant to do a great many things. The queen, king, and all other fairies where their to witness the birth of the small beautiful princess. And thus threw a a year long celebration after her birth.
She was named Aine, after a fairy of myth who supposedly defeated a great monster that once ruled their homeland. Unlike most people born of royalty, and most general cultures. Aine was raised by the community, not just by her parents. All the fairies took their turned, teaching her, and loving her. At just a very young age it was discovered, that she had a bit more magic then most fairies.. She was found spinning her finger, causing the wind to slightly change it's coarse. This had to be yet another good omen. The more she and her power grew, the more her people began to love her..She was treated almost like that of a deity, not a princess. At a very young age, the child however proved to be quite uncontrollable.. especially when it came to her curiosity.
At the age of five she ran away from home, and into the "forbidden lands". When she met her first human, a simple shepherd man by the name off Turic. The shepherd man was quite kind to her, and he would tell her stories, and sing to her as he watched his sheep. He was her first love. Although, he was already married, and had children of his own. One day she finally gathered the courage to tell him how she felt, and took on her human form and kissed his lips. He kindly refused her, and gently patted her head. Even though, he was as kind as he could be, she still found herself somewhat heartbroken after this. So she left him, she didn't speak to him for several years. That is she turned age of twelve she hunted for him, once again.. Thirsting for his company. She wanted to apologise, and become his friend once more.. But she found that the man had died of sickness three days before she arrived.
Heartbroken, the small fairy then decided that it was perhaps the best for her to remain home. However, her previous actions were found out.. And she was punished, as much as her parents could punish her. By banning her to her room for the next three years. At the age of sixteen, she was told about the peace treaty between lands.. And that she was to marry.. An outsider of all things! At first, she was a bit apprehensive of this.. What if she was to marry a human, and that human died like her former love did long ago? Or worse, what if she was arranged to marry someone from the water or fire kingdom. But her parents assured her, that this arrangement was necessary for the sake of her kingdom and homeland. And that this, was her great destiny that the good omens of her life foretold.
She was found herself quickly being tutored on humans, elves, demons, and so on to better prepare herself for the unknown land. Luckily, little Aine was a brilliant and curious sort and learned all that she needed very quickly. Now, as a fully grown fairy and woman at the age of nineteen.. She is ready, she bravely travels forward. Her heart filled with hope, and curiosity.
