To the heaven above
Leave this hell
behind
I take it you know
that when you plant your seed in concrete
you can never grow
now fly
reproduce that smile
again and again
we walk this mile
behind
our sense of growth
if you give away your yesterday
then you're already home

this is my way to say
that I have found we all decay
only if we bow down
to the burdens of our yesterday

don't die
free yourself
from appending demise
and say farewell
this time
we'll make this our own
never give into the hatred
never bow to the thrown
of lies
make this last
stand on your feet
and deny defeat
outcast
from all that decides
If you stay in your past
then you've already died
