JUST ALIL BIT OF EVERYTHING



Runners! Ok so if your a long distance runner, a sprinter, or even an average jogger and live in Va, and would like to go on a trail run please let me know if you're interested in doing this. It's free and all you will need is a pair of running shoes and a drink. This will happen on Saturday mornings and afternoons if enough people join. So please let me know. Thanks.
