Personality: His personality is the same as a gentleman. He's polite an open minded. He's also curious and his job as a messenger made him hardworking. In retrospect, he's respectful because his job required him to be.
Background: The Dragon Fox Clan are guardians of Realm of Light, which includes Earth. Hosetsukai is their messenger. Years ago, this clan was wiped out while he was delivering an important to stop the very war that forced the extinction of the clan. When he couldn't get the message through he blamed himself. Before then, he was taught magic and given a sai to protect himself on his travels while he delivered messages. His inspiration, the moon, drives his ability of magic that he summons up in various sizes and forms of dragons and foxes. He does this to keep the memory of his clan alive within him. In addition to his clans symbolic animals, he can shape his magic into any form he pleases. Now living as a modern day human, he keeps his magic a secret from the world, using it only where he sees fit. Using his magic in fights, he keeps it inside his body to increase his fighting ability because he doesn't really have any (because he was a messenger and not a fighter)
