Harry Potter is actually the descendant of Gryffindor and was totally destined to fight Voldy AKA Tom Riddle AKA Lord Voldemort AKA the descendant of Slytherin and settle some random feud between their great ancestors.

The Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze (Naruto) only pretended to get sucked into the Shinigami's belly and somehow warped to another world and lived his life as Volkner (Pokemon).

Byakuya Kuchiki (BLEACH) is Li Xingke (Code Geass - Lelouch of the Rebellion R2) when he dies and/or reincarnates.

Alice and Alyss (Pandora Hearts) are either the daughters of or related (by blood) to Lacie.

Megpoid Gumi, Megurine Luka, and Kamui Gackpoid (Vocaloid) all ran off to become fighting singers with secret identities as Ranka Lee, Sheryl Nome, and Alto Saotome (Macross Frontier).

Lelouch Lamperouge AKA Lelouch vi Britannia (Code Geass - Lelouch of the Rebellion) did not die and somehow found a way to warp into another world, dyed his hair brown, and became Light Yagami AKA Kira (Death Note).

Maron Kusakabe (Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne) is actually an older Lucia Nanami (Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch).

[Anyhoo, I randomly began watching Legend of Zelda walkthroughs on YouTube. Then, I saw the beginning of Wind Waker and Link...without a hat on.] Kagamine Len (Vocaloid) went off to adventure in far-off lands as Link (Legend of Zelda) and fight crazy, freaky monsters to save the world.
