car is back!!!!! they replaced the battery and a few old-ish bolts attached to it, i guess... compy also seems to be doing quite well after i got it fixed. ^^ internet hasn't cut out once on me yet~
found out last night i MADE CONCERT BAND!!! just about passed out (again, hehe) when i saw the posting, went to go practice, ended up calling mom and talking to her for half an hour, then went bowling with two of the five girl engineers (they're outnumbered in their major 10:1...), grabbed a smoothie, went back to the dorm bldg to play a weird card game, Go Fish, Candyland, and Chutes and Ladders before finally heading back to the room where we stayed up til 2 watching Shutter Island.
THAT MOVIE WAS AMAZING.
i'm ranting... in caps lock. hm.
*sigh* i need to get these papers done and over with. have two or three due Friday-ish...
