Part 1
"How are you guys back there?" Rin turned around, still walking forward, looking at the boys. "Oh, just great- wah! We're having a great time - ahaa!" Len replied as he started dropping bags. She smiled and turned forward. Miku, Rin, Luka, and Meiko brought the boys - Kaito, Len, and Gakupo - just to carry shopping bags. They had spent 4 Hours at the mall so far... "Ahh, such big helps" Luka sighed. Meiko sipped the last of her milkshake and tossed in the trash. "Where next?" she asked. "Let's see..." Rin stopped and thought for a minute. "Oh yeah! I wanted to go shopping for shoes~!" she said. "I need new ones!" "JUST GREAT!" Kaito stumbled past them, dropped one of the bags, and struggled to pick it up. The girls just stared at him. "Anyways-" Meiko continued. "Think we have enough time?" she asked. Miku looked at her watch. "Project Diva still has 2 hours. It's only 5." she replied. "Okay then..." Luka said. "Yay!" Rin ran over and took Len's hand. "Hey!" he nearly dropped the bags as she pulled him forward. "You've got my money! YOU BUY THEM!" "What about your wallet?!" he complained. "There's no time for that!" she said. "Rin!" Meiko called to her. "Don't forget, Len's carrying all of yours and Miku's stuff, and your going to make him drop it." Rin looked at Len. "Oops." she said, embarrassed. "And don't worry," Luka said. "Like Miku said, we still have 2 hours. No rush" she said. "Right..." she sighed. "Let's go!!!" she cheered. Rin marched off torwards the stairs that lead out of the courtyard.
Part 2
"Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh!!! We're going to be late!" Miku exclaimed. It was 6:45, and Project Diva started in 15 minutes! "Now, don't say that!" Meiko said as she slipped on her seat belt. She started the car and drove off. "We'll make it." The boys sat in the back of the van, gasping for air. They had to run with a load of shopping bags and boxes to the van.
Minutes later, they arrived backstage at the concert. "There you are!" the assistant said. "Hurry and throw your outfits on!" she said, throwing them a few bags. They all got dressed, rushing. Miku had a rouge skirt the split at one leg, and ribbons on the sleeves with a silver crown. Meiko had on an 80s dress, with multicolored polka dots and red sunglasses. Kaito had on this "Prince" outfit. Rin was wearng a brown shall and a light brown dress and knee-high boots. Len was wearing his "Adult Dancer, which were black short-shorts, a black top with a popped up collar and it was opened a bit to show his chest. Luka had on a white dress down to her knees and crown made of flowers. "Kaito! Your up!" "Coming, coming." he said and he walked off onto stage.
Part 3
Rin was last on stage. She hadn't seen Len's outfit, and burst out laughing when she came back. "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAAAAA!!!! WOW, LEN! HAHAHAHAHA!!!!" she said. "I didn't choose this on purpose!" he said. "hahaha!!! RIght, right!" she said, holding in her laughter. Miku sighed. She didn't really care for it. Everyone had laughed a little. Len had attacked Kaito and Gakupo... "Can we just leave please?" he asked. "Okay, okay." Meiko and everyone got dressed. Len came out last. "Where are my clothes?" he asked. Everyone shrugged. Miku saw him spot his tie hanging out of Rin 's bag. "Riiiiin......." he glared at her. "You can have them back..." she said. "Thank-" "Tomorrow." she interrupted. "WHAT?!" he chased after her in the parking lot. "Well, let's go." Meiko grabbed her purse and they headed out.
Miku sat next to Len in the van. Rin had called shotgun - Where Miku usually sat - to stay away from Len. He looked depressed. He had his head on his knees, still in his outfit. They were going out for dinner now...
Part 4
Everyone ran into the van. Len tripped and fell head first into it. Kaito shut the door and Meiko drove off. "OW" Len sat up on the floor, right in front of Miku. "Stupid fangirls!" he exclaimed. He stopped and stared at her legs. His face turned red and he put his hand over his mouth. Miku looked down. She was wearing a skirt!!! "HEY!" she pushed her skirt down. Rin looked over from the second row. "Len, stupid!" she slapped him. "Hey!" he said. He stood up and sat down next to Miku. "Stupid! Stupid,stupid,stupid,stupid,STUPID!" Miku started beating his arm. "Ow! Hey!" Miku crossed her arms. Her face was red. Why had he looked her skirt?! The little perv! "Sorry... I couldn't help it..." he apologized. "Hmph!" she turned away. He put his hand on her shoulder. "Hey..." she looked at him. Her anger faded. His blue eyes... They were sooo cute.... She felt like fainting. She stared at him for several seconds. "Uh...Miku?" she hardly heard him. He leaned closer. "Hello~?" "Ah!" she gasped. Just then the car hit a bump. "Ah!" He fell even closer. Her heart skipped a beat. His lips touched hers lightly. "Ah!" she came to again and pushed him away. "I'm so sorry!" he said. She turned away. Her face was red, she swore it was glowing. Of course, that couldn't happen. She leaned her forehead on the window, watching the other cars and lights go by. Why had that happened?! She heard him sigh from behind. Was that because she was ignoring him again? Or was it because he was thinking about what just happened?
Part 5
The next day was going by pretty slow. Meiko couldn't drive her anywhere, she was to busy with work, and Kaito was to busy helping her. Luka and Gakupo had to many errands to run. Rin hadn't called for while. Of course, it was only 12... Their dad, Kikaito -Kaito's brother-, had a business trip, so they were going to their mom's house. Lily - their mom- had a house closer to Meiko and Kaito, which was where Miku stayed. Luka and Gakupo lived right down the street. They were practically like a family. Miku just lay on the couch, staring at the ceiling. She couldn't wait until Rin could come over. She sighed, bored. "Miku," Meiko called over from here office. "Since you've got nothing better to do, mind helping us?" "Okay..." Miku sat up and slowly walked over to her. "What do I need to do?" she sighed. It's not like working would make her day better... "I have a stack of papers at the printer, can you get them for me?" Meiko asked, busily typing on the computer. Miku turned and headed for the living room. The office was full, so the y kept the printer below the TV. A stack of papers rested there, about 3 inches high. She sighed and lifted them up. It was heavier than it looked! She stumbled over to Meiko. "Here you go." she held them out. "Alright just hold them right there..." she took a paper and started reading over it. Miku looked around, rocking back and forth on her heels. She looked out the window and gasped. Rin and Len were here! She dropped the papers. "Huh? Miku!" Meiko exclaimed. Miku looked down. The papers were all over the floor... "I'm sorry!" she bent down to pick them up. Just then the doorbell rang. "Kaito, could you get that?" Meiko called. Kaito didn't answer. She sighed and turned to Miku. "You get, I'll clean this up." Miku stood up and peeked through the curtains. Both of them were here... She really didn't want to see Len right now. She opend the door. "Hi..." "Hello~!" Rin said. "Hey, we were thinking you should come with us to the pool. Want to? Luka is coming. My mom's kind of throwing a barbecue after, too." Rin explained. A barbecue? Sounded pretty fun. " 'Uno Momento~' " Miku ran over to Meiko. "Can I go to the pool? After, can I go to a barbecue?" Meiko just nodded. "Back before 10!" she called as she threw some clothes into a bag. "Bye!" she called as she shut the door. "Yay!" Rin exclaimed. "Pool, here we come!"
Part 6
After the pool, Rin and Miku stayed to help Luka pack up the pool toys and the towels. Len had went with Lily to prepare the barbecue with Gakupo. Eventually they headed off and got to Rin's house. "I'm so hungry!" Rin complained as they skipped down the stairs from the porch. Almost everyone was gathered around one of the tables, cheering and encouraging someone. MIku and Rin pushed through the crowd. Len and his brother Rei were arm wrestling. For some reason Rei had black hair... Not sure why... Miku saw Rei strain and he pushed Len's hand down on the table. "Yeah!" Everyone cheered. 'Friendly competition' Miku thought, and she shrugged. "My turn! I take on the winner!" A girl with a long ponytail raised her hand. It was Len and Rin's other sister, Hikari. She sat in Len's place and locked hands with Rei. "Ready!" Rin exclaimed. "Set!" "GO!" Cheering instantly broke out. Hikari was equal with Rei, and since it took to long for someone to win, they called it a tie. Len walked over to Miku. "Hey," he said. He was sweating and breathing slightly heavy. "Jeez," he complained. Miku didn't talk to him for a few moments For two reasons- One, she was still pretty stunned after what happened last night, and two his shirt was off - he was wearing a bathing suit - which made it twice as awkward. She noticed they had a pool here... Why not use the one here? Probably saving it for the barbecue... "So, want to go swimming?" he asked. Panicking, she nodded. He took her hand gently -Intensely AWKWARD - and walked her down another short staircase onto the yard. Rin came running down the steps and pushed both of them in. "Rin, no, wait-" they splashed into the water and she ran off. Miku swam up, and Len popped up seconds later. "Hey!" he climbed out of the pool and chased after his sister.
Part 7
Everyone calmed down, but it was has only been about and hour, and it was only 7... Everyone else was out of the pool except Miku, Rin, and Len. Lily had lit the tiki torches and everyone set out towels and blankets to sit on the grass. Len and Miku sat on the edge of the pool as the sun set, changing the sky to soft purple. Rin was floating around in the pool. "It's so nice out..." Len sighed. Miku nodded. She had started talking to him a bit more... But still couldn't get over that one time... "Listen..." Len sighed. "I'm really sorry about what happened yesterday..." Len apologized. "About the skirt thing... And the whole... Other thing." "It's alright..." Miku sighed. I guess she couldn't be too mad at him. He was a boy, and what happened yesterday was an accident. Hikari came over with a friend. Hikari came over to Len, while the other girl waited at the edge if the pool on the other side. She had long bangs, yet short hair and a headband. "Len," Hikari tapped him on his shoulder. "I need to talk to you." Len nodded and walked over with her to the other girl. She looked embarrassed. Miku couldn't here them, but Hikari had asked something for the other girl. Len hesitated, said something else, then nodded. The other girl smiled and hugged him. She dragged him away up the stairs. He took a last, regretful glance at her, and walked away. She blinked. What had just happened?
Part 8
"Wow." Rin swam over to Miku. "Len agreed to go out with her just like that! So desperate..." she sighed. Miku's eyes widened. "Wh...what?" "Oh you probably didn't hear." Rin sighed. "You see, that was Hikari's friend, Kairi, and she has a crush on Len. Hikari asked him out for her, and he said yes." she explained. Miku hesitated. 'Why am I so surprised?' she just nodded. "Your mad." Rin concluded. "HUH?!" Miku gasped. "I am not!" "You are too!" she continued. "I saw what happened in the car." Miku froze. She did?! "You guys touched lips and liked it!" "We did not! He was looking at me and the car hit a bump!" "Does that have any proof you didn't like it?" "Well...." Miku hesitated... "No... But that doesn't mean that I did!"
