They entered the gym and took the elevator to the top floor, fitting for a flying gym to be in a high Area... Disposing of the gym's lackeys was a pretty easy job Hannah was able to manage with-out getting hit once. They approached Falkner and he looked at them solemnly. “You wish to challenge me? Prepare to lose...” was all he said before he sent out his Pidgey. Richard chose to stick with Hannah for now since she seemed to be doing a pretty good job and it was a good choice, she was able to make the Pidgey flinch by biting it before actually going for its weakpoint. Falkner called upon his Pidgeotto which hannah was able to win.. not without taking damage, she was able to get it to flinch twice and its second move nearly killed her but she perservered and pulled out a victory by herself. Falkner shook his head and handed the badge over, he then turned his back and began watching the clouds.

After stopping by the pokemon center Richard was called by Professor Elm. “Richard we found out something magnificent about that egg! We want you to carry it for a while! Call us if something happens!” Elm nearly commanded him excitedly. Richard shrugged and picked up the egg... Something deffinetly was odd about the egg it seemed to emanate an odd power...one he had felt before.. but where.. “Oh well” he thought to himself.. Before continuing to Azelea Town as suggested by a local Richard stocked up with...three pokeballs what gives..
“Is this all you have?...and why don't YOU have medicine..” Richard was confounded.
“Its all we can afford to sell at the moment... and the potions we received...were poisoned so I can't sell them to anyone at the moment, sorry kid.” The shop keeper apologized and gave a light sigh.
“Something about this isn't right.. Cherrygrove's supply was stolen... ugh what a bother..” Richard also gave a sigh, “Thanks anyway, hope things work out..” He then left, holding the egg down to Route 32. When a woman stopped Richard and stared at him..
“that Egg is truly important..please take care of it..” was all she said before she walked off.
“This region is so weird. “Richard shrugged and continued on. Before they actually went down through Route 32 they took a detour to the ruins. After Solving a childs puzzle that the adults could not figure out a new presence was in the ruins. After a short run they were attacked by a pokemon that resembled the Letter E... It was an unown. His shape lead Richard to the Name E...radicate... which the pokemon did not seem to enjoy one bit. After this escapade they noticed some rocks that seemed weaker then the others...and when they smashed them a Geodude attacked. Which lead Richard to make an unamused look. After about thirty minutes of farming this process later Daisy was caught up and Richard had acquired a few fossils..
As they finally traveled down Route 32 Richard decided to wait till further down the route in case something different would show up so he used a repel and bolted down, when he got to a bridge he decided he was going to catch what ever was going to show up now.. and almost as if on que an Ekans attacked. After a few rock smashes Hannah managed to weaken the Ekans enough to catch it..but before Richard could throw the pokeball the Ekans injected his poison into Hannah. After using a Pecha Berry they found in the ruins she seemed to be okay at least.. After a quick trip to The Pokemon Center Richard switched out Eradicate for Yomou.
“Know this snake... I dont like you” Hannah declared and looked away from him.
“oh..and know this Mousie... I just looo~ove you” Yomou replied snidely and smirked.
“Thats enough you two...we have a cave to prepare for..” Richard sighed as he stood outside union cave.
