When Teacher fails the majority of her class doesn't it mean that he/she is ineffective?
I know they'll say that its the students fault but doesn't it occur to her/him that not all of the students there are lousy but depends on the teacher's lecture?
and doesn't he/she supposed to be depressed on the class' performance than being proud for failing so many students?
