Sky Lockhart-Strife
okay, she's the child of Cloud and Tifa. Her name? Sky Lockhart-Strife. Her mother's little joke. "What's a Cloud without his Sky?"
Anyway, because sephiroth had shown a knack for uh.. NOT STAYING DEAD, her parents decided it was important to train her to fight as well and quickly as possible. So before she was crawling, cloud put little weights on her arms, legs and chest.
As she got older, she got more and more weights (concept credit to T.P. for the weights idea so you get why.) Her parents also spent most of their time teaching her both their fighting styles. Always sparring with her JUST above her current level so she would get better.
There are 2 different versions of her. One is this: When she was 10, Cloud finally told her he was going to fight her at full strength, no holds barred. She was... THRILLED. finally she was good enough for her dad's full power. Only.... she WASNT good enough, and as a result she lost her left arm. Cut off in a training accident.
Tifa was pissed and the three of them decided to get her a fake arm made out of metal (see: Barrett's right arm ). So she always wears a LOONNGGG glove on her left arm that goes up to like.. midway between shoulder and elbow. Her arm was cut off just above the elbow. (or higher up closer to the shoulder. It varies)
The Second version is Sephiroth actually cuts it off when he reappears cus he's a jerk like that. She still get the metal replacement though.
the thing is... when you're constantly training like that... you get hurt. She always had weird bruises, broken bones, bandages, wrappings, on her body at school. Plus, she was always training. So she didn't have friends. because of this she's EXTREMELY awkward around boys her own age. She goes from seasoned, professional warrior to studdering, shy, klutz. She's also been bullied at school and has been forbidden from fighting back by her father beucase fighting those weaker makes you a bully.
I think all that is okay. The one thing that makes her OP is this little quirk I sometimes give her. It's the Jenova cells in her. (cloud has them, so she does.) see.. wanting to get even stronger to make her mom and dad proud, she went to Rufus Shinra and asked for help. Keep in mind, Shinra is the company that created Sephiroth...... (do you see where this is going?)
anyway, she has this one, pure white wing that she can summon the way Sephiroth can summon his black one. >.>;;;
there's also the fact that she tends to pop up in the Dissidia land, rather than her own world. Her reason is "I have friends there, with the other heros. Plus mom and dad. Back home I just have my family. no friends." (there's also the relationship she has with riku but that's a different story. XD;; )
APPEARANCE:
she looks like cloud and tifa. her hair is mousy-blonde with cloud's spikes, but she grows it out long and tifa puts it into braided pigtails. (her idea of a joke). but she's got her parent's muscular build, More along the lines of her mother but with more muscle than tifa. She's got her mother's uh.. chest, and face, but her father's eyes (including color).
clothing wise she dressing more like her dad. Mis-matched length clothes, always longer on the left to hide her metal arm. She likes vests, but also t-shirts and corset type outfits. Hates skirts since she feels she can't "fight in them". So long as it's "practical for a fight" she doesn't mind it.
Has a dissidia outfit with all the pretty gems on it. (still designing mentally. will get back to you on that)
shoes are combat boots. always has fighter's gloves on.
WEAPONS:
Fusion Sword. she can wield it one handed (right hand.)
can fight just as well with Left or Right. despite left being fake.
When unarmed she uses her body as a weapon.
Fighting style is a mix of her mother and father's. She usually uses Fusion Sword and throws in kicks and punches when needed. If she feels a foe is too easy or it would be dishonorable to fight with a sword (say, another fist fighter) she'll use solely martial arts.
Her wing (when she has it) allows her to move faster than the eye can follow and increases her strength. Also has minor flight capabilities. (only used in EX Mode)
Her true power lies in her ungodly speed and strength. Since she was raised with weights her whole life, now that she doesn't wear them, she's even faster than normal. She was raised to be able to fight and defeat sephiroth so her speed with the weights is around his. without them.... it doubles. With the wing and no weights, it's tripled. Same math applies to her strength.
