This title more stretches towards me, and the way I perceive music. The other day I heard this song called Hoppipolla, no idea what it is from by the way. Normally this sort of music would not catch my ear due to its lack of impossible guitar solos, however this song did catch my ear, and I really liked it. It is calming and soothing to me and I find it to be very atmospheric.
The band is called Sigur Ros and they seem to be from Iceland, although I could be wrong. The lyrics are supposedly a mix of Icelandic and gibberish (this is from what I have been told, so sorry if I just insulted anyone).
So finally, the song you are hearing when you place your browser to my profile is the song I speak of in this journal entry, Hoppipolla.
