Lovely. Our landlord is getting pissy for a 80 dollar bill from the waterheater man. Seriously, we pay almost 1000 dollars a month for a shithole home with barely any insulation, no air or heating, crappy carpet, bad tiling, horrible electrical system, no rain gutters, bad fencing, just overall crap. And he complains about a ******** waterheater bill. And he tells us to "hang in there"
Its winter, its cold, theres no hot water. And hes telling us to hang in there? He might even come to inspect the house, we'll probably be evicted since we have too many animals. And if we're evicted, we're ******** since my dad can't afford the prices for an apartment in Southern California. (The lowest I've seen was 1200 for a single bedroom)
Its just ******** funny that our landlord is a cheap Jew. My dad is going to have the carpet replaced and take it off the rent, since thats what it says in the ******** agreement.

I can't stand not having hot water..
When I was living with my mom, there was never hot water so we always had to take cold showers.
It wasn't pleasant and made things small and your nipples hard gonk
Southern California costs SO much..
I live here and the houses are so freakin expensive.
The houses that are barely affordable are more like an old shack.
