it's cliche, but true
time does heal all wounds.
it'll take time, but you'll forget.
you'll forget the sound of their voice and the way their mouth moves when they say your name.
you'll forget all their cute morning texts, and the way you'd text them even after you knew they went to bed, just so that they'd have something nice to wake up to.
you'll forget the curves of their body and how they whispered all the things they'd do to you if only you were there.
if you'll lucky, you'll forget their phone number. maybe you'll delete everything you had of them to forget them.
you'll put the love you gave them into better things, better people.
and you will heal, and you will feel whole again.
