CAN WE TALK ABOUT HOW UNPROFESSIONAL SOME PEOPLE ARE

ive been trying to get into acting recently. well, i have been for a long time (since the beginning of 2011), but i spent 2011-2013 training and then didnt really start auditioning for stuff until the beginning of 2014, but then i had to stop bc family issues. anyway, thats not the point

in january 2014, i went to an audition where blatant favoritism was displayed. favoritism is not professional. they were like 'OH, I WISH SO AND SO WAS HERE TO READ FOR THIS PART. HE'S SO GOOD BUT HE'S AT COLLEGE NOW crying crying crying crying crying crying '

in february 2014, i went to an audition where i was snubbed. i'd asked to schedule a later time on a certain day because i would be unavailable before that and the distance was quite far. i was told i could, and told they would be available for me to audition at that time, only to be told when i arrived that they were doing a play at that time and were unavailable. we stayed for half an hour and then left.

today, i went to an audition and the guy never even showed up. the guy who was supposed to be hosting the auditions, at least. it was just me and this one other girl though. we waited and waited and then we left because the guy never showed up.
