...Kaylyn was right. I never should've left Utah. And before that... Neko and Jaki and Eric and Scottie and Sami... damn near EVERYONE I knew told me not to leave California. Not with these parents of mine. Everyone knew what they were really like. But... both times, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went with them, alone, to some place I had no refuge in.
