Chapter 4:
I knew something must be done to end this nightmare. I am hoping that it will not end up with me fighting. That afternoon, I went back home to see no one was there. This was a little strange, my mom would be going to work by now. I went room after room to see if anyone was home. There was no answer. I went to the kitchen to find that on the refridgerator, was note that looked like to be typed or stamped by Ink. I went out to see what was wrong. Outside I saw no cars, no adults, nothing out on the lawn, it was all abandoned. It seemed as though every person was gone. I knew something was seriously wrong. I went to the telephone inside my house to call One of my friends, Sally, who might be home at that time. I called her to find out if her parents were missing:

Me: Hey Sally, are your parents missing or not home?
Sally: Yeah that's true, my mom should have been home by now from the store. Is this happening to you? I found a letter on my fridge.
Me: Out of curiousity, can you tell me what your letter says?
Sally: Sure, it says:

We went on vacation because we wanted a break.

By now I believe that this note is fake. We don't have a computer or anything.
Me: Oh great now what are we suppose to do, there is no adult in sight around my house not even a mother to pick up their sons or daughter from the school where I am close by. I believe this has to do something with the sky yesterday night
Sally: What!? You saw that too? I thought I would be crazy to see the moon all red and such.
Me: I saw that too and also I saw the meteor. Maranda Told me a weird story that no other human has ever heared in their life. I had to pay her $10 so she sells out. Well I have to go right now, see you tomorrow
