 Today was an awesome day, although it was raining.
My homeroom class was having a field trip for all of our hard work this year, so we were walking down to the nearest bowling alley for bowl and the walk some more to the Mcdonalds near by.
It started off as sprinkling rain and we were just laughing and what-not at first. Then it started pouring down. Everyone started screaming and we were all walking in dirty water ( gonk ) and getting soaked from head to toe. We finally got there, soaked through. The bowling alley felt sorry for us, so we got a free pretzel and drink. whee
We bowled and I of course, sucked. I haven't bowled in forever. I bowled with my besties( heart heart ) and we were the last group. I felt a little annoyed that my one friend (Raena) was taking forever. We eventually finished and the whole class started walking down to Mcdonalds.
When we got there, the lines were huge because there was lots and lots and lots of kids in line, plus other customers. So a few of my friends and I sat and waited. Eventually the line started moving and we got in the very back. Then Ian, my boyfriend, gave me this cute turtle, Verne I believe, from Over the Hedge. It's adorable! I gave him lots of hugs. 4laugh heart
We then ordered and I got a Big Mac. heart We then walked back, still sprinkling, and watched Sand Lot before having ice cream.
Overall, I pretty nice day. And, yes, that may have sounded boring, but oh well. It was fun and I got a cute turtle. whee
