My boss added personal insult to obvious injury last night.

I know I'm doing a pisspoor job, he covered that. However, to say that I am now a horrible choice for my new position, that is low. He should have never tried on my behalf he says, well he shouldn't have if it was so much trouble.

I no longer want my promotion, its too much trouble. In fact, I'm looking for another job today and can't wait to put in my two weeks notice.
