A simple guild fix Finally finished converting the Gaia Favorites database to a relational DB. Made some more changes thanks to the bugs that the SCAS testers found. The feature is almost ready. Just need to add mod tools and we're good to go. Later I'd like to add features such as: - List popular favorited avatars - Search avatars by keywords - Show all items equipped favorited avatars Was invited to a few guilds recently, and I noticed that the avatar on the right side isn't flipped to look inside. That bug must have been there for years. A simple fix did the trick. 3nodding Also raised the 2000 character limit on journal comments to 5000. I'm trying to fix the weird bug where failing captcha would post as journal instead of comment. update: Fixed the weird bug where failed captcha bouces you to writing new journal entry [01/01/2016] Finished adding reporting functions and fixed all the bugs that I can find on the Favorites feature. Will start testing again tomorrow. Hope you guys can all play around with it alter this week!

Thanks for fixing the avatar flipping in guilds, t'was slightly irritating!
I hope you don't exhaust yourself with all the work you're doing though.

Such little things and yet it's so exciting to see them fixed! I'm happy to be able to comment on journals again, though now there is an issue with being unable to see captchas. Before this gets too off topic, I want to be sure and say, thank you!

Guilds really need some attention in general.
They still seem so outdated. It would be great if you could update them to be on the same level as the public forums.

Thank you for all of your hard work! I've left and came back a few times over the years (since 2004, hence my lame screen name) due to life changes, but when I came back in 2016 it was hard to see how much things had changed. I didn't feel like there was much of a community left. Lake Kindred kept my interest, but at the same time it's a little lonely grinding along with no one to talk to.. I nearly left again, but now that you're back I'm more than excited to see a new spark of life. You and your team are amazing!!! Again, thanks for all you do!

I'm just reading through your journal now; thank you for the staff notice linking me here! More communication. heart

I have to say though that I just experienced that "fail captcha and get redirected to my own new journal entry" bug. I'm not even sure I believe I failed the captcha in the first place, actually. What I was really trying to do was edit my post. I got it to work on the second try but I had to navigate back to your journal and start the attempt fresh. Sorry to report, bug seems to still be in the system.
