The place is super crowded and crazy as usual, and the line up to get into the big Saturday panel was insanely long. Good thing me and my friends has this ritual where we would form a big group to line up for 40 hours so everyone can take turns doing what they want, and still be able to get into the big panel.

We had a Gaia Panel in SDCC on Saturday night, and we have a lot of SDCC volunteers that attended. Outside of that, only a few of the attendees for the Gaia panel actually hold a regular pass or professional badge. It’s quite crazy how hard it is to get a badge for SDCC now days.
Back to Gaia, work continues for supporting Gaia Mobile. We had a lot of stuff we need to handle as the inventory system need to support all sorts of different items that we can open or interact with, from CI to gift boxes.
On the side I also updated all of our internal web requests to a new library (from PECL HTTP to using cUrl) in preparation for upgrading all our web servers so we can finally run HTTPS and have secure connections across the board. Having new servers also mean we’ll can run newer frameworks for the new and upcoming projects.
