Here's something I haven't talked about in a while. Hair.
I'm getting to the point I'm ready to perm my real hair, because it's so hard to work with. Don't get me wrong, I'm impressed by the tight curls that have formed in some places, but there are some places(most of it) that just look like they won't give up the ghost, or are stuck with some permed mindset, in that they don't want to curl, but just bush out. It feels like it's so slow to grow out, too.
And I can't help but feel I look like Pennywise when I try to pin the front back.
I just hurt my own feelings, you guys.
So I've decided that before I put a perm in it, I'll try a different batch of chemicals, and try a texturizer first. Maybe it will help soften my curls, and help me want to give my natural hair another go.
