Been a while, eh?
Something stupid and avoidable happened. I was doing an order for a customer and her information was crossed with another customer in another state. I changed what I needed to, just to do the order, and of course, the other customer got the information about the sale. She immediately called it in. I was mortified. I felt so stupid, and why do I try so hard anyway? Why do I try to look nice and be confident when I screw up so easily?
