Sims 4 - 100 Baby Challenge
Keeping Log of My 100 Baby Challenge in the Sims 4. I use various CC and Mods in my game.
Started my new weekly exercise chart. Going on Week 2 tomorrow.
I decided to sticker myself every day that I exercise as a motivation for myself.
I'm giving myself Wednesdays off and also using it as the day to weigh myself.
(my mom is in this weight loss support group and they weigh in every Wednesday. I didn't want to join and be around all those strange people. I can do well on my own.)
I'm doing a 5 minute workout on youtube to start.

It's only 5 minutes long but you feel a burn and hurt after. I've noticed I slimmed down in various areas of my body. And my exercise pants slipped on so easy today. Usually I have to kinda shimmy into them; but I just slipped them on so smoothly today. My butt and back of my thighs feel firmer. My love-handles and stomach shrunk a little bit. So I'm gonna keep doing it for a bit, then I'll be switching to another workout. Changing it up every so often is suppose to keep the weight shedding off. (at least from what I've heard/read.)

I'm trying to portion my meals and also taking 1 bottle of Hydroxycut every morning.
I use the "Lose It" phone app to help me keep track of calories.
