This was an avi I was already working on, from a different Runway theme mandating a build featuring Compass of Seidh, which here is Compass of Seidh (attack of the mysterious wyvern). That background, combined with Skeleton, was a build I was working on a long time ago, but I thought I'd finished it; in fact I was so convinced I went through my entire journal TWICE but couldn't find anything. Apparently it was abandoned, so now I've brought it back to semi-life just in time to enter it in 'Doot Doot! Calcium Time: Time to get spooky as you show off your favorite skeleton items.'
Other items are Wicked Master's Reclaim (Bone Scythe), Bonewearer (Spine), Autumnal Exorcibilings, Fathom of the Deep (Vest), and Spirit Pyre (Bone Armlets).
The general theme is that it's supposed to be an undead human dragon who hunts alive dragon dragons. Tbh I'm not sure if that makes sense to anyone but me...
